How do I use the FM radio transmitter?

The FM transmitter lets you broadcast whatever you're playing over the airwaves, ideal for sending audio to an OB-4 magic radio or a nearby car stereo.
Accessing FM transmit
- 1.Press the output key to open the output screen.
- 2.Select the radio antenna as your output option.
- 3.Press T1 (or blue encoder) to go live and toggle FM transmission on or off.
Choosing a frequency
- 1.Press T2 to pick a transmit frequency, then turn the ochre encoder to fine-tune it.
- 2.Choose a frequency not occupied by an existing FM radio station. The OP-1 Field performs an automatic pre-scan for the best available frequencies at start.
Syncing with an OB-4
- 1.If an OB-4 magic radio is nearby, it will be detected automatically and an OB-4 icon appears on screen.
- 2.Press T3 (or tap the gray encoder) to link the OP-1 Field's transmit frequency to the OB-4's receiving frequency automatically.
A note on audio routing
The FM transmitter broadcasts whatever you are playing, including live performance through the sequencers, tape playback, or synth and drum sounds. The transmit frequency range is 87.5 to 108 MHz.
