How do I use quick select mode?

Quick select mode lets you jump instantly to patterns and scenes without using the plus/minus buttons.

Enabling Quick Select

Press SHIFT + ERASE to enter system settings. Use minus/plus to navigate to code 421, then press ENTER to enable quick select mode (code 420 disables it).

Using Quick Select

Once enabled, you can access patterns and scenes directly:

Pattern switching: Hold a group pad (Group A, Group B, Group C, or Group D) and press pads 1-9 to instantly switch to patterns 1-9.

Scene switching: Hold MAIN and press pads 1-9 to instantly switch to scenes 1-9.

Values above 9: Hold the dot pad, then press pads 1-9 to access patterns or scenes 10-99.

This mode is particularly useful during live performances when you need to jump between different sections quickly without scrolling through numbers with the plus/minus buttons.
