Punch-in effects are pressure-sensitive effects designed for live performance. They work best in Live State mode but can be used anytime.

Basic Usage

Hold FX and press one of the 12 pads to trigger an effect. The harder you press, the more intense the effect becomes. You can combine multiple effects by holding several pads at once.

Recording Punch-In Effects

Punch-in effects can be recorded directly into your sequencer pattern. While recording (after pressing RECORD + PLAY), hold FX and trigger pads as you perform. Your punch-in movements will be captured in the pattern and play back automatically.

Live State Mode

For the fullest punch-in experience, enter Live State by pressing SOUND + MAIN. This mode is optimized for performance and uses "vinyl time" where tempo changes affect pitch. The punch-in effects feel more responsive and immediate in this mode.

Available Effects

The 12 pads provide dub-inspired effects when held with FX. Each effect responds to how hard you press the pad, giving you dynamic control over the intensity.
