The CM-15 functions as a class compliant USB audio interface when connected to your computer. Simply turn it on before connecting, or it will only charge the battery.

Connection

  1. 1.Turn the CM-15 power switch to ON (the LED should light up green or orange)
  2. 2.Connect a USB-C cable from the CM-15 to your computer
  3. 3.Your computer will automatically recognize it as a 1-input audio interface

Sample Rate Selection

The CM-15 supports four sample rates:

  • 44.1 kHz
  • 48 kHz
  • 88.2 kHz
  • 96 kHz

Select your preferred sample rate in your DAW or system audio settings.

Digital Gain Adjustment

You can apply an additional ±12 dB of digital gain from your computer's audio interface settings. This is separate from the physical pad/gain switch on the microphone.

Physical Gain Settings

Use the pad/gain switch as needed:

  • Left position (-18 dB) for loud sources
  • Center position (0 dB) for normal recording
  • Right position (+18 dB) for quiet sources

The CM-15 will charge its battery while connected via USB-C, and you can monitor the charging status via the LED indicator.
