How do I mount the CM-15 on a tripod?

The CM-15 comes with a standard 1/4" and 3/8" threaded adapter that makes it compatible with most microphone stands and tripods. Here's how to mount it.

Attaching the adapter to the mic

1. 1.Loosen the thumbscrew on the adapter.
2. 2.Place the adapter on the center, bottom side of the mic.
3. 3.Tighten the thumbscrew until the adapter is properly mounted.

Mounting on the tripod

1. 1.Screw the adapter onto the tripod by turning it clockwise until secure.

Optional angle adjustment

1. 1.If you are using the tripod mini accessory, adjust the angle by rotating the center screw on the tripod. Tighten or loosen the mount with the thumbscrew on the adapter. The tripod mini allows up to 90 degrees forward and 110 degrees backward tilt.

Built-in stand alternative

If you don't have a tripod handy, the CM-15 also has a built-in table stand for resting the mic on a flat surface. When using it this way, try to avoid surface vibrations for the best recording quality.
