The OP-XY mixer lets you control levels, panning, EQ, saturation, and master compression for all tracks. Press mix to enter mix mode.

Levels, panning, and FX sends

Press M1 to access the levels page. Select a track using the numbered track buttons. Press mix again while in mix mode to toggle between instrument and auxiliary tracks.

  • Dark gray encoder: FX I send amount
  • Mid gray encoder: FX II send amount
  • Light gray encoder: pan (press down to reset to center)
  • White encoder: track level

Muting and soloing

Hold shift and press a track button to mute or unmute it. Hold one or more track buttons to solo those tracks. You can also quickly mute by holding instrument or auxiliary and pressing a track button.

Master EQ

Press M2 to access the master EQ.

  • Dark gray encoder: low frequencies
  • Mid gray encoder: midrange frequencies
  • Light gray encoder: high frequencies
  • White encoder: blend between neutral and boosted EQ settings, useful for live sweeps

Saturator

Press M3 to access the master saturator, which adds warmth or grit to the overall mix. The white encoder controls the wet/dry blend.

Master levels and compression

Press M4 for master settings. The dark gray encoder adjusts the percussion group level, mid gray adjusts the melodic group level, light gray adds master bus compression, and the white encoder boosts the overall master level into the output limiter.
