How do I use the mixer and EQ?
The Mix mode controls levels, panning, EQ, saturation, and master compression across all tracks. Press the Mix button to enter.
Module Navigation
Press M1 for levels/pans/sends, M2 for EQ, M3 for saturator, M4 for master. Select tracks using the 1-8 track buttons to adjust parameters for each track.
Levels and Panning (M1)
The four encoders control different parameters:
Dark grey = FX I send amount
Mid grey = FX II send amount
Light grey = pan position (tap encoder to reset to center)
White = track level
Hold SHIFT + press track buttons to mute tracks. Hold track buttons to solo them.
EQ (M2)
Three-band EQ with a blend control:
Dark grey = low frequencies
Mid grey = mid frequencies
Light grey = high frequencies
White = blend between two EQ settings
Saturator (M3)
Adds harmonic distortion and warmth:
Dark grey = gain (input drive)
Mid grey = clip (distortion amount)
Light grey = tone (frequency shaping)
White = blend/mix (wet/dry balance)
Master (M4)
Final output controls affecting the entire mix:
Dark grey = percussion level (tracks 1-2)
Mid grey = melodic level (tracks 3-8)
Light grey = master compressor amount
White = master output level
