How do I use the metronome?

The KO II has a built-in metronome for recording. By default it plays during count-in and recording, but you can set it to play during regular playback too.

Set the metronome mode

1. 1.Press shift + erase to open system settings.
2. 2.Press minus or plus to navigate to the sequencer settings, then press enter.
3. 3.Press minus or plus to navigate to "met", then press enter.
4. 4.Choose your mode with minus or plus: - on, metronome plays during record and playback - rec, metronome plays during recording only (default) - cnt, metronome plays during count-in only
5. 5.Press enter to confirm, then press main to exit.

Adjust metronome volume

1. 1.Press tempo to enter tempo mode.
2. 2.Turn the metronome knob (the black knob on the right side of the top control row) to raise or lower the volume.

Start recording with a count-in

Press and release record, then press play. You will hear a four-beat count-in before recording begins.
