You can loop a section of your live audio or beat using the Loop function, which is inspired by the OB-4 magic radio. It lets you freeze and repeat a section in real time while keeping things tempo-locked.

Enter loop mode

Press SHIFT and TEMPO to create a loop.

Set the loop length on the fly

Hold SHIFT and TEMPO together, the loop starts when you hold both buttons and ends when you release them.

Slide the loop position

Turn KNOBX to slide the loop position back and forth. Sliding is tempo-locked and the display shows the current position.

Adjust loop length

While in loop mode, turn KNOBY to set the loop length.

Exit loop mode

Press TEMPO to exit immediately, or press MAIN to exit on the next bar.

Note repeat for samples

If you want a pad to repeat at the current note interval (useful for looping a one-shot hit), hold TIMING and press the pad. To latch it so it keeps repeating hands-free, press TIMING first, then hold SHIFT and press the pad.
