How do I extend a pattern beyond 1 bar?

You can extend your pattern length while recording or at any time during playback. The default pattern length is 1 bar.

Extending While Recording

Hold RECORD and press PLUS to increase the pattern length. Each press adds one bar, up to a maximum of 99 bars. You can do this before you start recording or while you're actively recording.

Extending While Playing

Hold RECORD and press PLUS or MINUS to adjust the pattern length on the fly without stopping playback.

Doubling a Pattern

If you want to double your existing pattern and preserve all the notes you've already recorded, press RECORD to arm it, then press SHIFT + PLUS. This duplicates everything you've played into the extended length.
