How do I delete or erase a pattern?

To erase a pattern completely, hold ERASE and the group pad (Group A, Group B, Group C, or Group D) until "PTN" blinks on the display.
Important details
This must be done while the device is stopped, not during playback. The blinking PTN confirmation ensures you're deleting the entire pattern for that group, not just individual notes.
Related erase functions
If you only want to remove specific notes instead of the whole pattern:
- Erase individual notes: Hold ERASE and press the pad containing the note you want to remove
- Erase a track: Hold ERASE and a pad until "TRK" blinks (removes all notes for that one sound across the pattern)
- Erase during playback: Hold ERASE and tap pads while playing to remove notes in real-time
Undo option
If you accidentally erase a pattern, press SHIFT + Group B immediately to undo. The umbrella icon lights up when undo is available.
