How do I change the scale in keys mode?

You can change the scale used in keys mode through the system settings. The scale applies globally to keys mode across all groups.
Enter system settings
- 1.Press SHIFT and ERASE to open system settings.
- 2.Press + or − to navigate to the pad settings, then press ENTER.
- 3.Press + or − to navigate to "sca", then press ENTER.
- 4.Press + or − to choose your scale, then press ENTER to confirm.
Available scales
- 12T, 12 tone equal temperament (default)
- maj, major (Ionian mode)
- min, minor (Aeolian mode)
- dor, Dorian mode
- phr, Phrygian mode
- lyd, Lydian mode
- mix, Mixolydian mode
- loc, Locrian mode
- ma.p, major pentatonic
- mi.p, minor pentatonic
- 1.Press MAIN to exit system settings and return to the main screen.
Tip: you can also transpose the root note of the scale. Hold KEYS and press a pad to transpose, or hold KEYS and press − or + to shift the octave. You can also set the key (C, C#, D, etc.) under pad > key in system settings.
