To add reverb on the EP-133:

Quick reverb: 1. Press FX to enter effects mode 2. Navigate to reverb using the plus/minus buttons 3. Turn X knob for reverb size/room 4. Turn Y knob for decay time 5. Use fader for wet/dry mix

Apply to specific groups: 1. While in FX mode, press group buttons (A, B, C, D) to toggle effect routing 2. Only groups with FX enabled will receive reverb 3. This lets you keep kicks dry while adding reverb to snares

Reverb tips:

  • Short decay (small room) works for drums
  • Long decay (hall) works for pads and atmospheric sounds
  • Too much reverb makes things muddy
  • Keep kicks mostly dry for punch

Baking in reverb permanently: If you want reverb "printed" on a sound: 1. Set up your reverb 2. Resample: record the output back to a new pad 3. The new sample includes the reverb 4. Now you can use different FX on other sounds

Note: FX on the EP-133 are global (master effects), so you can't have different reverb settings per group without resampling.
