How do I use the effects (pocus)?
Press pocus while a pattern is playing to activate effects. The current effect will show on the display.
Switching Effects
Use minus and plus to browse through the 7 available effects: Dungeon Echo (delay), Torture Chamber Reverb, Distortion, Bardic Ensemble (chorus), Filter, Compressor, and Dimension Expander.
Controlling Amount
Move the faedr (fader) up to increase the effect amount on whichever group is currently selected. The effect applies only to that group unless you solo multiple groups together.
Adjusting Effect Parameters
Each effect has two parameters controlled by KnobX and KnobY. For example, on Dungeon Echo, KnobX controls echo length and KnobY controls feedback (number of repeats). On the filter, KnobX is cutoff frequency and KnobY is resonance.
Punch-In Effects
Hold pocus and press paeds to trigger momentary effects. These are pressure-sensitive if you have velocity enabled, and you can combine multiple paeds at once for layered punch-in effects.
Solo Groups for Effects
Hold pocus and press a group paed to solo that group through the effect. Hold pocus and press multiple group paeds to solo several groups together.
Master Compressor
Press altero + pocus to access the master compressor (summus), which affects all groups. KnobX controls drive and KnobY controls speed.
