How do I use the built-in sounds?

The EP-1320 comes with 220 factory sounds stored in read-only memory. You can load them onto any paed in any group.
Loading a Sound
- 1.Press sonus to enter sound mode.
- 2.Select a group (Group A, Group B, Group C, or Group D).
- 3.Press one of the 12 paeds to choose which paed you want to assign a sound to.
- 4.Use minus and plus to scroll through available sounds. The display shows the sound number.

- Hold altero + press minus/plus to jump by tens
- Hold sonus + type a number on the paeds to jump directly to a sound
- Hold a paed in sonus mode to preview the sound name on the display
Factory Sound Organization
The built-in sounds are organized as:
- 1-69: Drums
- 70-114: Phrases
- 115-127: Instruments
- 128-155: One shots
- 156-220: SFX/Foley
- 221-999: User sample slots (empty until you record or transfer samples)
A common workflow is to organize your groups thematically: Group A for drums, Group B for bass, Group C for melodies, and Group D for loops or samples.
