How do I commit a scene?
EP-1320tutorialguide
Committing a scene saves your current patterns as a scene and duplicates it, so you can build on it without overwriting your previous work.
How to commit
Press altero (shift) and manus (main) together to committo the current scene.
What happens when you commit
- Your current arrangement of patterns is saved as a scene.
- A new duplicate scene is created for you to continue working on.
- The previous scene is preserved exactly as it was.
Tips for using committo
- Commit after recording each new element, such as drums, bass, or melody, to lock in your progress.
- Commit before punching in new sounds so you can quickly build up a song structure.
- Use it as many times as you like to layer variations across multiple scenes.
- Each project supports up to 99 scenes total.
