How do I use the Endless sequencer?

The Endless sequencer is a quick, linear sequencer for creating melodic patterns. Hold SHIFT and press keyboard keys to insert notes, and the sequencer automatically advances to the next step (up to 99 notes total).

Selecting Endless

  1. 1.Press SHIFT + the sequencer key (dots icon, right side)
  2. 2.Turn the blue encoder to browse sequencers
  3. 3.Press the sequencer key again to confirm Endless

Adding Notes

Hold SHIFT and press keyboard keys to insert notes at original pitch. The cursor advances automatically after each note. To add spaces between notes, press SHIFT + forward arrow. To delete the last note entered, press SHIFT + rewind. For longer sustained notes, hold SHIFT + the desired key + forward arrow.

Playback and Controls

Press any keyboard key to play and transpose the pattern. C plays at original pitch, other keys transpose accordingly. The orange encoder sets HOLD mode for continuous playback.

Available parameters:

  • Blue encoder: time signature (1/16 default)
  • Green encoder: swing amount
  • White encoder: pattern variation
  • SHIFT + White: rotate pattern
  • SHIFT + Orange: playback direction (forward/reverse/random)
  • SHIFT + Blue: crank mode
