You can import your own audio samples into the OP-1 for use in the Synth Sampler or Drum Sampler engines. The process involves preparing your file and transferring it via USB.

Preparing your file

  • Format the audio as a.aif file
  • For Synth Sampler: keep the file under 6 seconds
  • For Drum Sampler: keep the file under 12 seconds

Transferring to the OP-1

  1. 1.Connect the OP-1 to your computer via USB.
  2. 2.Press shift + com and select Disk mode by pressing T3.
  3. 3.The OP-1 will appear as a removable disk on your computer.
  4. 4.Open the disk and navigate to the synth or drum folder.
  5. 5.Place your.aif file into the "user" folder inside the appropriate folder.
  6. 6.Eject the disk safely, then disconnect USB.

Loading your sample

Tips
