How do I use the sequencer?

The OP-1 has multiple sequencer types, each with unique approaches:

Access sequencers: 1. Press the sequencer button (1-4) 2. Each number is a different sequencer type 3. Turn blue encoder within each to select variants

Main sequencer types:

Pattern (grid-based):

Traditional step sequencer
Place notes on a grid
Good for drums and melodies
Press keys to add notes to steps

Endless:

Records everything you play
Loops at set length
Overdub by playing more
Great for building up parts

Finger:

Motion-based sequencer
Draw patterns with your finger
Creates generative, evolving sequences
Unique to OP-1

Sketch:

Visual drawing sequencer
Draw shapes that become notes
Experimental and playful
