How do I sample a sound on the EP-1320?

Sampling on the EP-1320 works exactly like the EP-133:
Enter sample mode: 1. Press the sample button 2. All pads blink, ready to record 3. Select your destination pad
Choose input:
- Built-in microphone
- Line input (3.5mm)
- Press minus/plus to toggle sources
Record: 1. Hold the destination pad 2. Audio records from input 3. Release when done 4. Sample is assigned to that pad
